We will work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your fitness, performance and weight loss goals. 
Weekly coaching meets once per week for a half hour throughout a total of 5 weeks. Remember, change takes time and commitment! If you feel that you'd like to or need to continue receiving support you are welcome to schedule additional sessions.
