45 Minute Classes
Come cycle with us during one of our 45 minute cycle classes! Along with our standard 45 minute cycle, we also offer our Power Cycle class as well – perfect for the advanced rider looking to boost their heart rate even further.
75 Minute Classes
At well + fit, we offer two 75 minute classes. Our Pedal + Punch class is a 45 minute cycle followed by a 30 minute boxing workout. Our Cycle + Strength class is a 45 minute cycle followed by a 30 minute strength workout. Choose which one works for best you!
Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!
- Cubbies and hooks for your belongings.
- Filtered water and sweat towels.
- Stretching area with foam rollers and p-knots.
- Bathroom with shower, toiletries, and towels.
- Cycling shoes or other hard sole athletic shoe.
- Full bottle of water if you'd prefer your own.
- Moisture wicking clothing - you'll be sweating!
- We have plenty of towels but feel free to bring your own.
