Whether you’ve been in the gym your whole life or have never tired a group class before, you will fit right in! Each class is led by a certified instructor who will guide you through your class and make time fly! Try one of our Cycle , True Strength, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, TRX, Foam rolling, or combination classes to see what hard work and a fun workout can do for your body. Try them all and let us know what’s got you hooked.

What's Included:
  • Cubbies and hooks for your belongings.
  • Filtered water and sweat towels.
  • Stretching area with foam rollers and p-knots.
  • Bathroom with shower, toiletries, and towels.
What to Bring:
  • Cycling shoes, sneakers, grip socks, or your bare feet
  • Full bottle of water.
  • Moisture wicking clothing - you'll be sweating!
  • We have plenty of towels but feel free to bring your own.

Use your class packs on any of our Cycling, True Strength, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Foam Rolling, TRX or Combination classes.

Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!
