Challenge your body + your mind

Whether you’ve been in the gym your whole life or have never tired a group class before, you will fit right in! Each class is led by a certified instructor who will guide you through your class and make time fly! Try one of our Power Cycle, Cycle + Core, or Cycle classes, True Strength, or Pilates to see what hard work and a fun workout can do for your body. Try them all and let us know what’s got you hooked.

What's Included:
  • Cubbies and hooks for your belongings.
  • Filtered water and sweat towels.
  • Stretching area with foam rollers and p-knots.
  • Bathroom with shower, toiletries, and towels.
What to Bring:
  • Cycling shoes or other hard sole athletic shoe.
  • Full bottle of water.
  • Moisture wicking clothing - you'll be sweating!
  • We have plenty of towels but feel free to bring your own.

Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!
