With music pumping and the group peddling, your certified instructor will take you on a journey up hills, through sprints and down the flat road. In a well + fit cycling workout you are led by instructors who help you push your limits and ride your best.

Whether you are an avid cyclist or have never tired a class before, you will fit right in! Each class is led by an instructor who will guide you through your sessions. You choose what works best for you!

Our Bikes

Enjoy your ride on Keiser M3's. If you are new to cycling or to the bikes, make sure to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your class to meet the instructor and get help with fitting your bike.

45 Minute Classes

Come cycle with us during one of our 45 minute cycle classes! Along with our standard 45 minute cycle, we also offer our Power Cycle class as well – perfect for the advanced rider looking to boost their heart rate even further.

75 Minute Classes

At well + fit, we offer two 75 minute classes. Our Pedal + Punch class is a 45 minute cycle followed by a 30 minute boxing workout. Our Cycle + Strength class is a 45 minute cycle followed by a 30 minute strength workout. Choose which one works for best you!

Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!

Ready to start your cycling journey?
What's Included:
  • Cubbies and hooks for your belongings.
  • Filtered water and sweat towels.
  • Stretching area with foam rollers and p-knots.
  • Bathroom with shower, toiletries, and towels.
What to Bring:
  • Cycling shoes or other hard sole athletic shoe.
  • Full bottle of water if you'd prefer your own.
  • Moisture wicking clothing - you'll be sweating!
  • We have plenty of towels but feel free to bring your own.
