Co-Founder, Owner, Trainer
My name is Sarah and I am the Owner and Founder of well + fit! I graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelors in Biology, but knew that I needed something more. After years of "gym hopping" I decided to become certified as a Personal Trainer, and well + fit was born. I am also a Precision Certified Nutritional Coach who is skilled in teaching clients the best nutritional plans that work for their bodies. I'm extremely passionate for health and fitness, and always strive to give our clients the best workouts they could ask for.​

Nikki

Cycle Instructor, Personal Trainer
My name is Nikki and I hold a B.S. and an M.S. in Communications. I spent close to 15 years in marketing & communications in NYC, Boston, DC & Baltimore. I am a former Division I Lacrosse Goalie at Virginia Tech, an OCB & IFBB Figure Competitor and a high school lacrosse coach. I challenge my mind, body and soul as a cross-fitter, obstacle course racer and half-marathoner. Currently, I have become a master reiki practitioner, a wild women circle leader, and will gain my 200-level yoga teacher certification in Fall 2019. I am also an ACE personal trainer and spin instructor and have an extensive background in strength & conditioning, meditation & breath work, and nutritional coaching.
