Our Pedal + Punch Class is the best of both worlds. Get your cycle on followed by a 30 minute strength session. Get the most out of your workout while having fun doing it.

Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Sweat towels
  • Stretching area with foam rollers, p-knots, and rollers
  • Bathroom with shower, toiletries, and towels
  • Cold towels to cool you down after your ride
What to bring:
  • Cycling shoes or other hard sole athletic shoe
  • Full bottle of water if you'd prefer your own
  • Moisture wicking clothing - you'll be sweating!! Cycling shorts may make your ride more enjoyable
  • We have plenty of towels but feel free to bring your own
