Each Pedal + Punch session is sure to challenge you and push your limits. Our instructors will provide you with the best recommendations on how to get your heart pumping and the sweat pouring as you climb hills, ride the flats, train hard, and lose yourself in the music and momentum of the class.

45 Minute Cycle
Start off your workout with our traditional 45 minute Cycle class to get your heart rate going.
30 Minute Strength Session
Follow our cycle class with a 30 minute strength session, guaranteed to strengthen all of the muscles and feel good about yourself.
The Package
75 Minute Pedal + Punch
Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!
- Changing areas
- Cubbies and hooks for your belongings
- Bottled and filtered water
- Sweat towels
- Stretching area with foam rollers, p-knots, and rollers
- Bathroom with shower, toiletries, and towels
- Cold towels to cool you down after your ride
- Cycling shoes or other hard sole athletic shoe
- Full bottle of water if you'd prefer your own
- Moisture wicking clothing - you'll be sweating!! Cycling shorts may make your ride more enjoyable
- We have plenty of towels but feel free to bring your own
