well + fit offers both small group and private training, giving you the opportunity to get into your best shape in an intimate setting.

Personal training at well + fit is more than just a sweat session. We work with you to reach your goals and help you feel like a million bucks. We are dedicated to giving you the personalized attention you need to get you into the best shape of your life.     

Small Group Training

We incorporate strength & conditioning components into each session to make sure you have a true total body workout. Added benefit, motivation and encouragement from the whole group! Share the workout with a friend, or in a group of up to 3 other individuals who are working toward the same goals.

Private Training

If your prefer to work through one-on-one sessions with personalized programming unique to your body, you can do so with the privacy and attention you want. In a private training session you will be one-on-one with a certified personal trainer whose only focus is you while you workout in the studio you have to yourself.

Your cancellation window for reserved training and cycling sessions is 5 hours. You will be charged if you do not show up or cancel within this 5 hour period. Thank you for your understanding!

How it works

Before beginning any workout, we will start with a complimentary consultation. During your consultation you can expect to get to know us, talk about some of the goals you'd like to accomplish, and come up with a plan to get you started. During this time we can talk about the right style of training for you, what experience you have with exercising and nutrition, and decide on the best pathway for you.
